He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald O'Brien and Judith O'Brien (Herman); his brother Jim O'Brien; and his niece Christina Forsyth. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Rauterkus (Tom) and Jack O'Brien (Charlene); his niece Jennifer Rauterkus; and his nephews, Craig Rauterkus (Melissa), Clint Rauterkus and Joshua O'Brien. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
