He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Anne; and his siblings, Roger, Marvin, Betty and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Homolka (Randy Myer) of Canton, Pamela Theabo (John) of Neenah, James DeBaere of Shawano and Richard DeBaere (Wanda) of Appleton; and his siblings, Rolland DeBaere, Merlin DeBaere, Ann Frank and Cheryl Kmechek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
