He is survived by: his children, Tina Martin (Scott), Curt Rush (Tina), Deanna Roberts (Pat), James Rush, Jr. and Stephanie Bendtschneider (Mike); his grandchildren, Whitney Ortiz (Angel), Braeden Rush (Kristen), Kortney Oviedo (Frankie), Mariah Fairchild (Travis), Payten Marohl (Joe), Caprice Rush, Ava Bendtschneider (Bailey) and Owen Rush; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Wesley, Kingston, Michael, Kamila, Kahliana, Brynlynn, Lucas, Dalton, Katalina, Timothy, Paisley and Kaenoah; his brother Donald Rush; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Buss and Garry Huntington (Sheila); and his close friend Elaine Rhode. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
