He was predeceased by: his parents, William Davern and Bernice Davern (Klocker). He is survived by: his children, Cherie Zogleman (Kevin) of Pittsville and Richard Davern of Boca Raton; his grandsons, Timothy Zogleman of Quantico, VA and Joshua Zogleman of Madison, WI; and his former wife Lynda Doty.
