He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson; his daughter Michelle Johnson (Christofer); his brother Lloyd Gutt (Carolyn); his nephews, Justin Gutt (Molly) and Aaron Gutt (Samantha); his stepchildren, Laurie Ringquist, Kristine Tetting (Don), Diane Brusoe (Bruce) and Ryan Johnson (Cindy); and his stepgrandchildren, Dylan, Jordan Johnson, Rachel, Hannah Ringquist, Ailysh, Adrian Tetting, Henry and Martin Brusoe.
