Tinsman and Phyllis Tinsman (Garska); her husband Albert "Al" Popp; and her brother-in-law Howard Popp. She is survived by: her son Wade Popp (Jenny); her granddaughter Bethany Popp; her aunt Mary Jo Brunner (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Popp, Karen Van Ryzin (Steve) and Marvin Popp (Judy).
