He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rusch and Lila Rusch (Olson); his wife Barb Karcz Peters; and his siblings, Charles Rusch, Dennis Rusch, James Rusch, Patricia Schultz, Robert Rusch, Sheldon Rusch, Michael Rusch, Gail Rusch and Neil Rusch.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Druckrey, Scott Rusch (Mary), Tricia Luepke (Matt) and Diana Belter (Blayne); his stepchildren, Dawn Gumieny and Dean Peters; his grandchildren, Heather, Whitney, Haley, Kylie, Amelia, Livi and Seth; and his siblings, Sheila DeBaker (Roger) and William Rusch (Sherry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
