He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Brungraber and Mildred Brungraber (Kuehn); his siblings, Judy Custer, Al Brungraber and Paul Brungraber; his parents-in-law, Nels and Lucille Nelson (Wilke); and his sister-in-law MaryAnn Magle.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louise Nelson of Peter's Lutheran Church; his children, Brenda Steever (Tracy), Keith Brungraber (Shirley) and Kevin Brungraber (Tanya Bub); his grandchildren, Dakota Steever (Connie), Ashleigh Oerline (Robert), Curtis Brungraber, Jake Brungraber and Derrick Brungraber (Emily); his great grandchild Braxton; his brothers, Wayne Brungraber (Bev), Randy Brungraber (Sue) and Rick Brungraber (Sherri); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Brungraber, Cindy Brungraber, Barbara Obernberger, Steve Custer, Gerald Nelson (Anna) and Leland Nelson (Agnes). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church (108 W Maple St, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
