He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bork and Laura Bork (Mundt); his wife Myrtle; his son Kenneth; and his siblings, Ruben "Chip" Bork (Marge), Lawrence Bork (Dorothy), Melvin Bork (Hazel), Vernon Bork (Lois "Frenchy"), Burton Bork (Barb), Edward Jr. Bork (Alice), Hubert "Gus" Bork (Thomas Jerome Stone) and Bernice Begrow (Glen Sr.).
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Bork (LaRae) of Wittenberg, Sharlene Bork of Bonduel, Jacqueline Bork of Shawano and Bonnie Cotter (Russ) of Shawano; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Bierman of Bryant and Donna Bork of Gresham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
