With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis B. Pitzen of Shawano, Wisconsin, born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pitzen and Esther Pitzen (Simon); his daughter Mary Pitzen; his son-in-law Kevin Lefeber; his brother Walter Pitzen (Liz); his brother-in-law Harold Guelig; his nephews, Paul and Bernie Guelig; and his parents-in-law, Ervin and Esther Wollersheim.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa Wollersheim; his children, Joan Rosenthal (James), Janet Lefeber, Tom Pitzen (Patti), Jerry Pitzen (Cindy) and Lori Kuhn (Mark); his grandchildren, James III Rosenthal (Amy), Scott Rosenthal (Taryn), Angela Smith (Dan), Laura Gehrke (Kyle), Kimberly Servais (Paul), Jacki Brice (Mike), Jamie Pitzen (Preston), Sarah Kolbe (Michael), Kelli Pitzen, Rachel Pitzen, Kayla Weber (Evan) and Adam Kuhn; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Addison, Brady, Stella, Ada Rosenthal, Mara, Finley Smith, Carter Gehrke, Levi, Dax Servais, Hudson, McKinley Brice, Brock, Colton and Halle Kolbe; his sisters, Mary Guelig and Carol Steffes (Ronald); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Reiser (LeRoy) and David Wollersheim (Dorothy). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
