He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Kodai and Gertrude Kodai (Grotkiewicz). He is survived by: his wife Laurel Garrison (Shoemaker); his children, Edward Kodai and Victoria Kodai; his stepson Brent Garrison; and his sister Judith Stefanski.
