He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Olsen and Vera Olsen (Goglin); his siblings, Leroy Olsen (Claire), Harold Olsen (Vivian), Lyle Olsen (Flo), Robert Olsen and Dorothy (Russell); and his nephew Rob.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Frances Yaeger; his children, Steve Olsen (Alice), Chris Creek Conrad (Jim) and Debbie Johnson (Tim); his grandchildren, Samantha (Levi), Aaron (Meredith), Tony, Andy (Kara), Michael and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Jordan, Olive, Arthur and Evelyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Old Glory Honor Flight and Peace United Church of Christ.
