He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Packard and Lucille Packard (Rueckert); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his son Michael Packard (Lisa); his grandchildren, Noah and Olivia; his stepgrandchildren, Keira and Aiden; and his sister Nancy Thompson (Charles).
