He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Murdock and Hertha Murdock (Schaar); his wife Elvira; his close friend Lucille Paiser; his brother Larry Murdock; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Murdock and Betty Murdock.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Pribnow (James) of Rothschild and Mary Schreiner (Peter) of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Chrystal Woller (Greg), Jacob Pribnow (April), Cindy Hoffman (Greg), Matthew Schreiner (Erin) and Laura Schreiner (Adam); his great grandchildren, Gregory, Madison, Ben, Jayden and Jase; and his brother Kent Murdock of Shawano.

In lieu of flowers family will donate to the Veteran's Honor Flight.
