It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Vorpahl of Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Vorpahl and Frances Vorpahl (Lechterman); and his brother Kenny Vorpahl. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Newling (David) of Ogallala, NE and Jackie Vorpahl of Appleton; his grandchildren, Tyler, Hailee, Hunter and Serenity; his siblings, Gerhardt Vorpahl (Linda) of Shawano and Patricia Jorgensen (Stanley) of Medford; and his nieces and nephews, Jill Calkins (Rod), Michelle Suring (Ray), Sarah Vorpahl, Rhonda Stoehr, Kenny Vorpahl, Jr. and Kevin Vorpahl.
