She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Hoffman and Loraine Hoffman (Pevonka); and her siblings, Ruben, Carol, Rita, Shirley, Gilbert, Jancie, Francis and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Ketchum; her sons, Rodney Ketchum (Lorin), Bradley Ketchum and Wesley Ketchum; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brianna, Haley, Brandon, Hunter, Jacob and Aliyah; her great grandchild Wyatt; and her siblings, Jeanette, James, Rosie and Rachel.
Cheryl spent her time doing charity work making bag beds for those overseas and volunteering time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
