Cecile J. Engel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile J. Engel (Shawano, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Opperman and Susie Opperman (Ainsworth); her son Todd Engel; and her siblings, Wilber, Melvin "Breezy" Opperman, Mavis Rocklewitz and Lorraine Turman.
She is survived by: her husband Frank C. Engel; her daughter Susan Leikin of Jupiter, Florida; her grandchildren, Chris Engel (Katie) of Minneapolis, Ben Engel (Stephanie) of Minneapolis, David Leikin of St. Petersburg and Mark Leikin of Jupiter Florida; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Jack and Adelyn Engel; her sisters, Phyllis Lambries, Bernice Lambries and Joyce DeBauch; and her daughter-in-law Susan Engel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and plants, it was Cecile's wish that donations be made to the Tabitha Society at St. James Lutheran Church.
