She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Heise and Clara Heise (Zimmerman); her husband Skip; her parents-in-law, Frank and Mable Van Rens; her siblings, Isabelle Luebeck (Ellsworth), Leonard Heise Sr. (Delores) and Arnold Heise; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Van Rens (Elaine) and Melvin Van Rens (Vi).
She is survived by: her children, Terri Reuter (Mike), Russ Van Rens (Ellen Siebold), Paul Van Rens (Treana) and Jon Van Rens (Karie Broderick); her grandchildren, Jenny Gospodarek (Chris), Joe Reuter (Kristy), Wendie Igler (Nick), Matt Van Rens, Corey Janquart (Sam) and Hailey Van Rens; her great grandchildren, Brayden Schultz, Jackson, Kaitlynn Gospodarek, Ainsley, Maxwell Reuter, Kaleb (Lydia Heim), Jordan Stache, Jacie, Jamison Igler, Madison Van Rens, Clayton, Olivia Janquart, Natalie and Levi Broderick; and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Moments Hospice, or St. Jude's in Betty's memory.
