It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joan Kabat in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schipper and Sophie Schipper (Hartl); and her husband Leon Kabat. She is survived by: her children, Dan Kabat (Jackie) and Nancy Hanyzewski (Dan); her grandchildren, Tucker (Bridget) and Jenna Birtwell (Dan); her great grandchildren, Aidan, Quinn, Grace, Skye and Sonny; her stepgrandsons, Nathan Hanyzewski (Plami) and Tyler Hanyzewski; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Natalie.
