He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Mielke and Isabel Mielke (Berg); his children, Anthony Jr. and Marla; and his brother Marty Mielke.
He is survived by: his son Mark; his sisters, Diane Fleichmann of Indiana and Linda Garrison (Charles) of Indiana; and his sister-in-law Ruth Mielke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
