He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Sparks and Marcelene Sparks (Miller); his brother Wayne Sparks; his sister-in-law Sarah; his father-in-law Rabbit; and his cousins, Bernard "Lee" and Mike Waubanascum.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Donnaclaire Dodge (Bret), Styxx Kaquatosh, Jaxon Kaquatosh, Forrest (Talisha), Darrick (Tashawnee), Elmira Komanekin (Joe) and Jerrod King; his grandchildren, Ashleyann, Joseph, Anthony "Bun", Forrest, Jr., Kaybree, Rosie, Jeannine, Dalton, Kayliegh, Ricky Lee, Noni, Richie, Daileone "DaLion" and Kaceon; his siblings, Kimberly Pennewell, Richard Pecore (Sue Riesterer), Cindy Jungenberg (Tony) and Steven "Bubba" Sparks, Sr. (Gerry); his godchildren, Renetta and Elmira; his close friend Rus Rosenow; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Amy, Nick, Jamie, Jennifer, Zack, Ashley (Ricky), Emmie, Amos, Rueben and Todd Corn Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, in-laws and friends.
