It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Teetzen of Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Teetzen and Elsie Teetzen (Wendorff); his brothers, Curtis and Willis Teetzen; and his siblings-in-law, Irv Korth and Kathy Teetzen.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Riege; his children, Toni Bucholz (Wes) of Shawano and Alan Teetzen (Patricia) of Wausau; his grandchildren, Melissa Seefeldt (Dylan), Patrick Teetzen (Keturah), Danielle Beall (JD), Samantha Teetzen, Amanda Parnell (Kegen) and Jarod Bucholz; his great grandchildren, Jacob Beall, Andromeda, Kharma Seefeldt, Maggie Teetzen, Liam, Tyler Gibbs, Jaylen, Kensley and Harper Parnell; his siblings, Marlyn Teetzen, Dr. Merle Teetzen and Ruth Korth; and his sisters-in-law, Carol and Shirley Teetzen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred in Al's name to Zion Lutheran Church in Shawano.
