He is survived by: his wife Helen Greenfield; his children, Jean Nieuwenhuis (Larry) of Delavan, WI, Rick Vegter (Elaine) of Sharon, WI and Eugene Vegter (Cheryl) of Sharon, WI; his son-in-law Mike Hoekstra of Delavan, WI; his grandchildren, Amber Williams (Bob), Henry Hoekstra, Jeremy Hoekstra (Ashley), Dan Nieuwenhuis, Scott Nieuwenhuis, Stacey Kibler (Mark), Kevin Nieuwenhuis, Jace Vegter, Jennifer Vegter, Ryan Vegter (Rachel), Elizabeth Schmidt (Steve), Cassandra Armato (Mark), Kaitlyn Vegter and David Vegter (Helen); and his siblings, Mary, Thea and Allen. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
