He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martin, Abby Oostdyke, Carl and Alice Toennies. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Weimann (Tim) and Jennifer Bauer (Brian); his grandchildren, Taylor Roe (Jared) and Jacob Bauer; his great grandchildren, Lyric, Odin and West; his brother Mark Oostdyke (Sue); his niece Lisa; and his nephews, Jason and Jeremy.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Tom's name.
