She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Abraham and Grace Bertha Forsyth (Schwanz); and her sisters, Karen Nokes and Marion Powell. She is survived by: her former husband Clifford D. Balentine; her husband Cliff; her daughter Micky Wolfgram (Jim); her grandson Michael Key (Diana Lincicum); and her siblings, Phillip Forsythe, Chester Forsythe, Jr., LeRoy "Pete" Forsythe, Dennis Forsythe, Helen Walther and Janet Hardt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
