She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Rowe and Myrtle Rowe; her husband Bernhard; her children, David Arens (Darlene) of Plymouth, Michael Arens of Sheboygan and Peggy Cook (Tim) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Lance, Spenser, Chanté (John), Jade (Joshua), Jewel, Patrick, Holly and Cassidy; and her brother Kenneth Rowe. She was also cherished by 4 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Charlotte's name.
