He is survived by: his parents, Stan Guokas and Monica Guokas; his girlfriend Shani Larson; and his siblings, Mary Guokas (James Bauer), Rebecca Dahmer (Neil) and Jeff Guokas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many, many friends.
