She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert Ferger; her children, Odessa Marie Moore and Robert John Ferger; her sister Carol Davis; her grandchildren, Nick Ferger, Jenny Ferger and Michael Reid; and her children-in-law, Pam Ferger and Richard Breen.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Ryelyn and Odyssa; her children, Craig Ferger (Nancy) of Arkdale, WI and Denise Harazin (Robert) of Camden, TN; her son-in-law Robert Moore of Beloit, WI; and her siblings, John Schultz and Diane Simplot. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Billie's name.
