He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Clark and Florence Clark (Greatens); his parents-in-law, John "Bill" and LaVerne Morgan; his siblings, Carol, John, Bruce, Don Van Lieshout and Gary (Judy Seidl); and his nephew Kurt Seidl.
He is survived by: his wife Jean "Punch"; his children, Michael (Karin), Chris (Sue), Tim (Peggy) and Pat (Diane); his grandchildren, Shawn (Allie), Taylor (Brett), Alyssa (Josh), Leah, Brandon, Madyson, Jack, Alicia (Dalton), Rebecca (Jimmy), Brent, Samantha and Cole Hunter (Sammy Baltus); his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Annabelle, Ruby, Weston, Gavin, Paislee, Kyler, Natilee, Jettson, Evan and Nora; his siblings, Bob, Darlene, Sandy Van Lieshout, Kenny (Bonnie) and Gordy (Ruth); and his sisters-in-law, Cricket Clark and Christine Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Tom's memory.
