Terry Welch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Welch (Seymour, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth A. "Roots" Moes. He is survived by: his children, Tim Welch (Jessica) and Morgan Flease (Joshua); his grandchildren, Khane Welch, Cohen, Willow Knapp and Judah Flease; his stepgrandchildren, Kaeden Neiderberger and Bella Flease; and his siblings, Jackee Reis (John), William "Tony" Moes, Penny Fay and Tracy Campbell (Duane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
