He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Skinkis and Pearl Skinkis (Olszewski); his wife Rose Marie Fischer; his grandchildren, Laura and Mark; his great grandchildren, Georgia and Heath; and his siblings, John Skinkis (Eleanor), Hatti Jarmolowicz (Ray), Isabel Brusky (Clem), Florence Holewinski (John), Helen Kobelewski (Frank) and Genevieve Spaude (Fred).
He is survived by: his children, Larry Skinkis (Jane), Bob Skinkis (Sharon), Jean Conradt (Terry), Randy Skinkis (Cassandra), Steve Skinkis (Doreen), Mary Blohm (Mike), Joe Skinkis (Julie) and Jeff Skinkis (Mary); and his grandchildren, Richard, Paul, David, Todd, John, Sara, Stacy, Ryan, Craig, Ashley, Scott, Jessica, Chris, Justine, Mike, Matthew, Danny, Michelle, Kristine, Jared, Chad, Erin, Jenny, Nicole, Kaylee, Nick, Megan, Justin and Jason. He is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID, a private funeral service will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Black Creek, Father David Greskowiak officiating.
