He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Schmit and Betty Schmit (Batte); his siblings, Nathan Schmit (Sara) and Jennifer Liebergen (Rick); and his nephews, Samuel, Nicholas and Christopher Liebergen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and his many friends including his good friends.
