He was predeceased by: his father Roman Cheslock; and his brothers, Dennis "Butch" Cheslock and Randy Cheslock. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Sifuentes; his sons, Michael Cheslock Jr. and Roman Cheslock (Angela); his grandchildren, Caine Roman Cheslock, Alisa Sifontes (Rob), Cassidy Cheslock, David Cheslock and Isabel Cheslock; his great grandchild Jonah Sifontes; his siblings, Wayne Cheslock (Lynn) and Linda Diemel (Tim Schoelzel); and his sister-in-law Urai Cheslock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
