He was predeceased by: his brother Bob Blohm; and his brother-in-law Mel Sievert. He is survived by: his friend Jerry Severson; his wife Ruth Blohm; his siblings, Karen Sievert (Jim Weyers) of Seymour, Janet Vanden Heuvel (Richard) of De Pere, Sue Seidl (Doug) of Seymour and Glen Blohm (Mary Jo) of Sylvania, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Judy Blohm of Cambellsport. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
