He is survived by: his brother Buzz; his sons, Lee and Luke "Screwfer"; his girlfriend Julie Priebe; his siblings, Kathleen Kerkhoff (Roger), Sherry Wilkinson (Vaughn), Ron Hermus (Cindy), John Jr. Hermus (Debbie), Mark Hermus, James Hermus (Sandy) and Gene Hermus (Lori); his aunts, Rose Hendricks and Evelyn Hermus; and his godmother Jane Linsmeyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
