He is survived by: his wife Betty Roffers; his sons, Michael Schmit (Julie) and Mark Schmit (Sarah); his granddaughters, Alyssa and Aurora; and his siblings-in-law, David Roffers (Claire), Harley Roffers (Nancy), Gary Roffers (Carolyn), Joseph Roffers, Jean Roffers and Linda Halase (Gary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
