She is survived by: her spouse Dale Tubbs of Seymour, WI.; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Kathryn Davis; her grandchildren, Mikaela of Anchorage and Carter Tubbs of Anchorage; her sisters, Barbara Erb and Carol Herb; and her brother-in-law Vernon Evenson.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Good Shepard Nursing Home in Seymour Wisconsin.
