He is survived by: his wife Sara Duda; his siblings, Jack Duda of Goodman, Peg Hawley (Tim) of Appleton, Glenn Duda (Jamie) of Green Bay, Chuck Duda (Roxie) of Peshtigo and Frank Duda of Lena; his stepson Jacob Kozlovsky (Niki) of Coleman; his stepgrandchildren, Allen Sokol, Preston Sokol, Quinton Sokol and Madison Kozlovsky; his stepson Jon Kozlovsky (Alicia) of De Pere; his stepgrandchildren, Landon Mittlestadt, Brooklynn Kozlovsky, Jameson Kozlovsky and Mason Kozlovsky; and his sister-in-law Sue Kempfert (Dick) of Waupaca. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
