He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kapla and Florence Kapla (Hylok); his wife Sandra Alice Sawicki; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Esther Sawicki; his brothers, Bob, Ben and Stanley Jr.; his brother-in-law Paul; his niece DaNelle Hocking; his nephew Donald Arendt Jr.; his great-niece Dana Kapla; and his niece-in-law Sandi Andrews.
He is survived by: his children, Roxane Cagle (Scott) and Doug Kapla (Terri); his grandchildren, Lance Kapla (Anna Schmidtke), Merrill, Samantha Kapla (Michael Matz) and Green Bay; his siblings, Tom Kapla (Sue), Pat Kapla (Shirley), Betty Schultz (Dave) and Vernie Damp (Rick); and his sister-in-law Diane Arendt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
