He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzer Biese and Rita Biese (Van Den Heuvel); his sister Mary Steffens; his in-laws, Deanna and Richard Houston; his brother-in-law James Benzschawel; and his nephew David Beyer.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Biese; his son Nicholas Biese; his siblings, Barbara Benzschawel, Gerald Biese (Ruth), Joan Lease (David), William Biese (Linda), Joseph Biese (Sue), Carol Van Dyke (Sam), Janice Schuessler (Dale) and Richard Biese (Kimberly); and his siblings-in-law, Norman Steffens, Lamont Houston (Karen), Sandra Beyer (James) and Robert Houston (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
