Geronimo Joseph Pocan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geronimo Joseph Pocan (Seymour, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Zane, Eddie Peacock, James Pocan and Herbert Powless; his aunts and uncles, William Pocan, Charles Pocan, Joseph Peacock, Anthony Powless, Rhys Pocan and Julie Peacock; his sisters, Bonita Burns and Rhys Pocan Littlebull; and his brother-in-law Dacian Danforth.
He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Pocan and Georgia Powless; his siblings, Cheyenne Powless, Shanaya Carole, Jacqueline Pocan, Autumn Rain Pocan and Quanah Pocan (Marissa); his grandmother Dorothy Ninham; and his close friends, Orion Gutowski and Vincente A.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and many cousins.
Visitation will be Monday December 21, 2020 at the home of Dale and Cheryl Powless, W1804 Poplar Lane, Seymour, WI for the public from 6-8:00 p. m. following Covid guidelines, masking, sanitize and please if you are sick at all, stay home... Burial will be at 11:00 a. m. on Tuesday, December 22 at the Oneida Sacred Burial Grounds, Oneida, WI.
