Elizabeth Schroeder Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Schroeder (Seymour, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Burgt and Hendricka Vande Burgt; her husband Harvey A. Schroeder; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Esther Schroeder; her great grandchild Dean Robert Schroeder; her siblings, Adrian Vanden Burgt, Margret Vande Burgt, Regina Louison and Bertha Burx; her siblings-in-law, Ione Schroeder, Patricia Vande Burgt, Jerry Miller, Howard Burx and James Ingalls; and her nephew Brian Steinberg.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Schroeder (Georgia), Jeff Schroeder (Mary Beth), Cindy Meulemans (Daniel), Nancy Vande Walle (Dennis) and Tim Schroeder (Therese); her grandchildren, Lee Meulemans (Jessica), Jenny Meulemans, Travis Schroeder, Brandy Krull, Sami Jean Schroeder, Lela McMillan, Martin Schroeder (Cassie), Alison Zeinert (Andrew), John Vande Walle, Shane Meulemans (Laura), David Schroeder (Tiffany), Jody Van Handel (Tyler), Melanie Nooyen (Brandon) and Jake Vande Walle (Katie); her siblings, Marie Miller, Theresa Eiting, Barbra Steinberg (La Vern) and Martin Jr. Vande Burgt (Mary); and her sister-in-law Geraldine Ingalls. She is also survived by 29 great-grand-children, and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Betty's dream is that every child has a gift under the tree at Christmas.
