It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Polakowski (Seymour, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Kuehne; her brother Charlie; and her grandparents, Carl, Esther Kuehne, Ernest and Alma Ossmann.
She is survived by: her mother Ione Kuehne (Ossmann); her husband Steve; her children, Paula Stark (Luis), Lanz, Britaney, Breena, James, Havier, Jenifer Stark and Danielle Stark (Justin); her grandchildren, Nevaeh and Emily; her siblings, Brenda Taubel (Steve), Jacalyn Van Kauwenberg (Norb), Michele Duncan (Ron) and Michael Kuehne (Carol); her aunt Elaine Court; her uncles, Vernon Ossmann (Janette) and Carl Kuehne; and also, Blake, Audrey and Savannah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
