He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kominowski and Corrine Kominowski (Warner); his stepfather Joseph Hart; his brothers, Todd Hart and Stephen Kominowski (Dorothy); and his stepsiblings, Larry, Jim Hart and Maryanne Kwasnik.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paulette Champeau (Oliver), Richard Kominowski (Ellen), Jeffrey Kominowski (Chris), Brian Hart (Janet) and Debbie Court (Ronald); and his sisters-in-law, Louise and Stephanie Hart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
