He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Genke and Edna Genke (Pludeman); his sister-in-law Mary Genke; and also, Milton and Esther Lambie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Genke; his daughter Michelle Miller (Corey); his grandchildren, Brett, Madeyln and Collin; his son Brian Genke (Maria); his grandchildren, Jack, Audrey and Ella; his daughter Kristy Herbst (Jason); his grandchildren, Brayden, Masyn, Ava, Emma and Carter; his son Dan Genke (Brittany); and his siblings, Randy Genke and Debbie Pleshek (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
