He is survived by: his close friend Scooter; his children, Zeke Kaczorowski (Alyshia Rasmussen) and Ali Court (Alex); his grandson Kellen Court; his close friend Jan Helwig; his brother Douglas Kaczorowski (Patty Linsmeyer); his children, Courtney (Tim Nelson), Corey (Jenny Vandehey) and Wayne Kaczrowski (Sue); his grandchildren, Katie Gesell (Dan), Taylor and Cole; his daughter Lea Ann Baker (Steve Sterkel); and his grandchildren, Rachel and Gaven.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
