She is survived by: her parents, Richard Elmergreen and Connie Elmergreen (Lucero); her husband Gregg Vanden Heuvel; her sons, Cody Guyette (Megan), Bellevue and Colton Guyette (Rachel); her siblings, Adam Elmergreen and Joan Zakrzewski (Jazz); her uncles, James Elmergreen (Susan), Edward Elmergreen (Patsy), Dr. Dennis Elmergreen (Candace) and Chris Lucero; and her aunt Valarie Elmergreen of Grand Rapids, MI. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
