She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur DeVleeshower and Verna DeVleeshower (Dombeck); her husband James Schoen; her pet Jasper; her children, Lisa Elsner (Mark) and John Schoen (Karen); her grandchildren, Aisling Lessor (Jared), Whittney Willms (Zach), Luke Elsner (Georgia Lynn) and Emily Schoen; her great grandchild Rory Lynn Lessor; her siblings, Sally Martin, Donna Besaw (Richard) and Paul DeVleeshower; and her sister-in-law Shirley Doepker (Robert). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
