She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Melchert, Sr.; and her siblings, Donald Melchert (Effie), Terry Melchert and Rosa Blackbull. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Melchert (Metoxen); her siblings, Patsy Beaulieu (John "Jeb"), Harvey Jr. Melchert (Sue), Kitty Melchert, Bonnie Tassoul (Kevin), Tony Melchert, Daniel Melchert, Adam Melchert (Karen) and Alvin Melchert (Amanda); and her brother-in-law Edgar Blackbull, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
