He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Stevens; and his grandmother Edna Stevens. He is survived by: his pet Tyler; his daughters, Chelsea Cox (Jeff) of Muscoda and Elizabeth Riedel (Preston) of Belmont; his grandchildren, Bentley, Cora Cox, Carter, Cade and Cashton Riedel; his close friend Marie Wadsworth; and his siblings, Jason Jensen and Christina Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
